Bookkeeper
Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records of our company’s financial activities. You will also work closely with our accountants and management team to ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and ensure that all employee records are accurate and up-to-date
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare and submit tax forms and other government documents
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Communicate regularly with management team and accountants regarding financial activity and reporting
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles

Our company is seeking a professional White Glove Delivery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for delivering high-end furniture and other household goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and execute delivery routes
- Ensure all items are loaded onto the delivery truck correctly
- Deliver items to customers’ homes and offices
- Assemble furniture and other household goods if required
- Unwrap and remove packaging materials and dispose of them properly
- Inspect items for damage and report any issues to management
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times, delays, and any other issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in delivery or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate a hand truck or dolly
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of furniture assembly and handling techniques
- Familiarity with GPS systems and route planning
